So as other reviewers have mentioned, the ?process? is wonky. Wait at the door to be seated, ok, now that you?re seated, get... back up and wait in line at the counter to order, then go back to your seat to await the food! Love love Lola's! Honestly some of the friendliest customer service at any restaurant I've been to in town. Great coffee. The... food is excellent. The atmosphere is somehow both upscale and relaxed. And they even make some nice cocktails. Highly recommend.Get the Baja Breakfast Bowl! Read more
I've been to this place quite a few times, and to be honest, most of the time it's been very good overall! Weak areas can be... food temperature, and the thorough cooking of their mixed breakfast potatoes, which I've had come out as hard as rocks on acouple of occasions. They are a hybrid model of ordering at the counter, and getting food brought to your table by a server, butare very very hit and miss with things like refilling coffee cups. It may not seem like a big deal, but I know tips are expectedand I am hesitant when the service is, well...lacking. Don't get me wrong, they're all very nice and I will go back. This restaurant is located in the affluent Lake Oswego. As a result the people dress accordingly as are the prices for the... meal(s). 20.00 for scrambled eggs, bacon and a mocha. The staff is friendly and have clearly been instructed to beaccommodating to customers wishes. Food was ok. My eggs were not made to order, but they made it right with a good attitude.The only problem was my friend didn't eat without me so her food was cold. It took about 10 minutes to get my order back. Theydo something interesting here. They seat you, give you water and menus, but then you go up and place and order like you wouldat any coffee shop. Then return to your seat and when food is ready they bring it to you as any restaurant would. It's aninteresting blend between self-serve and dine in. Read more
This place is incredible! Every time I go the quality is awesome. My favorites are the Havarti Turkey sandwich and the burger.... You order at the bar then can grab a table for the meal. Outdoor area is heated too. Read more
