First time here and had a really great experience. We seated ourselves and it was only about a 5 minute wait before Terra came... over. She was very polite? Her customer service is exceptional? The prices are reasonable considering what others are chargingat restaurants? I had the The Vernor burger and my significant other had the Jefferson? First time there after driving by for years. Nice hope in the wall charm with a good cozy feel. The whole place has a fresh look... inside. Friendly staff and a good burger. As the name implies, centered around burgers all with a Detroit theme or use the buildyour own option. Fry options included regular, waffle and seasoned. Serve Coke products along with a full bar. About a dozenplus TVs to watch. Read more
We are so happy to see this restaurant has made a great comeback! We tried a couple of items from their new Mexican items and... they were delicious! We had the street tacos and the chimichaga. Yum! Definitely recommend giving those items a try!! 5-starsall around!! Read more
This Burger Bar is home to one of my favorite Burgers. I travel to Detroit often for work for a week at a time. I usually come... 2-3 times per visit. Along with the burger, the fries are amazing as well. I always have great service and the food always comesout super fast. I am not a part of the community that is around this place, but I love listening to the regulars and the peopleworking talk about life and laugh. I wish I had a place like this near where I live. I would happily drive over and hour on aweekday even to eat here. I usually have at least something negative to say when reviewing. I guess in this case the onlynegative is I don't live in Detroit so I can't enjoy it more often. Read more
When we arrived we saw the place was busy but decided to wait if necessary. We were told to seat ourselves but the only tables... not already taken were ones that had not been cleaned off and tips were still on the table. Sat in one of those for about 10minutes because the 2 waitresses they had on deck had their hands full. Took it in stride since we figured the place was packedsince it was that good. Wife flagged down one of the young ladies who then promptly cleaned our table and presented us withmenus. Burgers were great but my wife said hers had cooled down a bit, again due to not enough help on the floor. Son orderedthe chicken nachos and they looked and tasted delicious. Overall, it was a nice place to grab a great burger and we willprobably be back next time we are in the area. Read more
