We attended the cookie decorating with Santa event. The kids had fun and we bought some yummy treats to take home.
Doughy muffins. Tops are pastey. Three years later - 11/1/22 ... Muffins continue to be sunken and look undercooked in the... centers. The nice lady who helped me gave me good information about all the bakery. She also said she would pass on my concernabout the muffins to management. I bought dragon (or Dakota?) and cinnamon swirl breads today. The cinnamon swirl was verygood! When I sliced the other bread, it had several holes in the top third of each slice and fell apart because of them. Weliked the almond biscotti. Read more
Fantastic sandwiches. Cool little quaint environment. The breads are absolutely fantastic! The treats are right there too.
Great Harvest used to be good, it really changed. 2 times coffee was empty, the dragon bread had barely anything in it, there... are no sweets. When it was run by other owner they had trek bars and lots of sweets, I won?t go there again, and it?s verycluttered inside, you can do better Read more
Just left Great Harvest in Lake Orion. Normally we use the GB location and they are fine. BUT do NOT go to Lake Orion. There... were 3 employees and only one was taking orders. I waited 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. The poorpeople behind me will be there for a long time. The girl with the black eye make-up, black hearts on her face and ear gages wasso unprofessional! I asked for my bread to be sliced and she said it would need t o be hand sliced and that would take 10minutes. Poor management and even worse customer service! Read more
Fresh bread I like the unique variety they have for bread. There are special flavors they make each day, not sure you can find... them out ahead of time. It's a great place to meet with a few friends, there are tables and a sofa area. Stop in for some greatsmall gift ideas. Read more
Today was my second visit to the store and after this one I?ve decided I will more than likely become a regular here. I work a... 10 hour shift at a shop close by and this is really what I needed to get me through the past two hot days. Ingredients areinsanely fresh, everything is made in front of you, the environment is pleasant and the food is out of this world. I suggest theveggie Mediterranean sandwich. I called in an order at 12:54 and asked if I could pick it up at 2:10. The order was not ready. The worst of it was, there seem... to be plenty of workers on hand, maybe only one other person in the facility at the time. The man who waited on me was going togo check for my order, but decided to take a call instead. He was kinda looking for my order while he was on the phone, only tofind out the order was not even started. I asked for a cookie and on my way to work decided to take a bite - it was hard as arock. I have been coming to Great Harvest since they opened and NEVER had any complaints until now. Hoping that you can workout these issues as I really love the bread and was hoping to order some for the holidays. Read more
