Consistently short changed on amount of coffee. This is a pumpkin spice grande latte?the photo on the drive-through menu shows... whipped cream and as you can see, there is PLENTY of room since there is very little coffee! Read more

I called about changing my card for my online order and the guy who answered the phone was very rude about it. He kept saying,... ?I don?t know what you want me to say.? I was just trying to figure out why they couldn?t even cancel the order. Read more

It's a Starbucks. Consistency in what is offered as far as menu items are concerned. Staff is very friendly to their obsessed... routine known customers. If you are not a known return customer you are waited on and then treated as though you are invisible.What is interesting is my person I was with, an obsessed Starbucks customer, was greeted like she was the owner. I wasoverlooked, not greeted and treated as though I was a servant.. Sadly the Starbucks in my area treats EVERYONE like they are thebest most important customer in the county.. I understand the attitudes of employees is based on select demographics. In thiscase it appears due to the higher the income area of this location, the worse customers are treated when they are unknown or notregulars.. Honestly, growing up, living and working in that area it was no surprise at all. Sadly, this has become theacceptable customer service experience. Read more

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! What a bad experience I just had at this Starbucks location. Arrived at 5:16pm and no one in line at... the drive-thru ordered 2 chai tea lattes and a frappe Java chip. The evening baristas are plainly horrible, they honestly don?tknow what they are doing. Paid $15.38 and I was given instead of chai tea lattes, coffee with milk???? And on top of this ittook them 15 minutes to give me the drinks???? I?m beyond dissatisfied. And won?t be returning! Stay away! Read more

I placed an order via the mobile app and went inside after seeing the long drive-thru line... I honestly wish I had stayed in... the drive-thru because it would've been faster. The place was clean and empty inside, but they had several tickets laid outwithout beverages; they appeared to prioritize the drive-thru and in-store purchases first and then mobile orders. My ETA was2pm for my order to be ready, but it wasn't done until 2:14pm. They did appear to be short staff though. Once our drinks weredone they came out really good and tasty, yum! Read more

Actually this is a really good clean store. No I didn't get a drink but all of there procedures were followed correctly. There... stock are was neat and in place. Employees were following proper safety procedures and drinks where made right.. Read more
