This location is great and like to hang out here with my friends a lot. Staff is great here except ASHLEY. She is very... unprofessional. She prepared our coffees,but didn?t even let us know they are ready and thrown in front us. She is clearlymaking discrimination. She didn?t take care of us even though she saw us. Someone else came to take our order. Veryinterestingly she took someone else?s order after us. This location doesn?t deserve this kind of unprofessional people to workhere. Read more
This is our neighborhood Starbucks and mostly have very nice people but there is someone working here very rude. Her name is... Ashley. She did not even get our order. Somebody else saw that and help us. She prepared our drinks and almost threw away thoseto our face. She did not say which one is whose order. She turned her back and moved away from us. I almost never write reviews so if I am writing one you know it is bad. This is our local Starbucks and I have been coming here... a while now. They are ALWAYS so delayed in making orders while having 10+ employees in the store, even if it is not very busy.They are ALWAYS out of certain things and it is a constant issue, it is not hard to restock popular items and make sure you haveenough when ordering stock for the store. Today, I waited in the store for 35 minutes after the pick up time stated on themobile order receipt and just kept being told "we'll get to it." Corporate, if you are reading this you need to pay attention tothis store because it is hot garbage. Read more

I really enjoy Starbucks but this location really needs to get it together. The food is not good here, it always tastes stale.... The drinks here are never made correctly, they?re full of water with little to no ice, they?re not cold and for whatever reasonthey have no flavor. I understand understaffing, totally valid, but every-time I?ve been here over the last year I see a lot ofpeople working. I don?t work at Starbucks so I?m not in their shoes, I just want some better tasting food and drinks that?s all. Read more
Drive thru is almost always backed up and is not always easy to get in line. It's best to go inside when drive is busy. All... in all same as any other Starbucks. My orders are always correct and my fur baby loves her pup cups! Read more
