We paid $3 extra for "extra pepperoni" and we only had 10 on the entire pizza, most slices had 1 pepperoni on it which isn't... even the normal amount. We called the store to let them know and see what could be done to fix it and when we called it sent usto a call center who said they were transferring us to the store and then we sat on hold for 30 minutes. The food itself wasgood but the service was awful and the fact that we paid extra for extra pepperoni and then didn't even get a normal amount isdisappointing. Read more
Good night! I am very disappointed because I love Pizza Hut and haven't had in awhile. I ordered a Super Supreme that was... missing all the veggies. I was so looking forward to my pie to not get what I ordered. Then when trying to contact the store Iordered from no one picks up the phone!!! So disappointing ???? Read more
Gf ordered a pizza at 7:40pm as of this review, 10:30pm, no pizza has been delivered and still shows as cooking on tracker. ... They don't answer any calls and if they do they auto put you on hold or hang up on you. Absolute worst service I have everheard of or personally been involved in. I have already submitted a complaint to Pizza Hut corporate due to how horrendous thishas been handled. Read more

I rated this location a 2 because the quality and freshness of the food. My pizza was overcooked is the only way I can describe... it. I ordered the ultimate cheesey pizza and had it made into a BBQ chicken pizza. It was not cheesey at all. The crust washard, it was like a dry dull pizza. I ordered cheese sticks with extra cheese and it was definitely not cooked correctly. Extracheese was not added to my cheese sticks. The customer service I received was wonderful, it was easy to place my ordered. Ireceived the correct order ???? just the taste was not pleasing. Google review Pizza hut did everything they could to rectify my order and I deeply respect that. This location is making huge... internal changes and I'm proud to say once I again that this location is my favorite location. Thank you all so much for takingcare of me and my family once again. Hair in my pizza not only that it was either lint or microfiber baked throughout my pizza. And it is very visible. I was... literally pulling it out throughout the bread. Now I have hair in my throat that won?t go away. I have been on the phone forover an hour to get a refund and I just keep being placed on hold. I will be coming to the store tomorrow to get a refund. Ishouldn?t have to have this much trouble on a refund or remake. Now I have to order somewhere else, waste gas tomorrow. My sonand I are hungry and we already had to wait a long time for this delivery. Now it?s just getting really late. I am furious! Inever been through this. It?s unacceptable.
