We got the garlic knots, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and the papa Joe's pizza which is like a supreme. The food was good. We did... have a issue with hearing severe profanity from the kitchen. BEST Italian food i have had in a long time! Fresh and the quantity of food you get makes the prices seem cheap!!! The garlic... knots were amazing and finished before i could even take a picture! I've heard good things about Papa Joe's until I actually had to experience it. I ordered a small pizza, Caesar salad and a... shrimp and Fry basket. I placed my order at 6:31pm by 7:00pm, I still did not have my order. Two families of 4 walked in andwere seated and eating their food before my order was even addressed. I finally went up to the counter and asked how much longeron my order. No one could tell me anything. Finally, they found the discrepancy. My order was never printed on a ticket. Howconvenient. I'm not one to pull the race card but I was the only African-American in the establishment. Would I say theemployees were being racist, no, but I did feel completely excluded from the rest of the customers. I had a long day and thelast thing I want to do is wait an hour for food. I am extremely disappointed in the wait time, the less than expedient responsefrom the employees and the exclusive treatment I received. I think some remedial training should be discussed on customerservice, being organized and being inclusive to all customers. Read more

Update: 10/2021 ordered a large peperoni and all I can say is very bland. Not a fan of the dough. Service was excellent and all... I had was a takeout order of slices. Pizza was good but nothing I would say that was spectacular. Sausage topping was good. Iwill be back. Read more

First time that I did not tip and I?m usually a very generous tipper (never under 20%!!!!!) only because I too work a job that... relies on tips so I understand the struggle. First of all, the female server didn?t seem to want to be here and had noknowledge of her job whatsoever. I was really nice and friendly to her. I tried to be understanding of it being a Friday nightand she probably had a long day or could be a bad day or something. However, she made a mistake on my order and when I politelylet her know about it, she didn?t even apologize or followed up with the kitchen or anything. Walked away just like that!!! Nowwhen it comes to food, pasta with meat sauce was so dry and bland. Wings were wayyyyy overcooked that the meat was really,really dry and tough and the mild bbq sauce sauce that was poured over the wings was barely there. The only thing what was okwas the wedding soup. Before I left, I asked her nicely if I could have some mild bbq sauce to go because the wings were superdry (almost inedible but you the whole order was $55 I wasn?t about to throw that much food away) , she took a while to comeback with the to go sauce, then almost threw it in my face!!??!?!!!. What?s with that attitude?????? I did not deserve such apoor service!!!!!!! Needless to say, I will never come back here again and will warn others too!!! When I thought about it, Ishould have asked for a discount or even refused to take the food when it was served and simply leave. Poor me and my hardearned money. Beyond disappointing. I?m almost convinced that a lot of these positive reviews are fake!?!!!!! Ps.
