Pre-pandemic this was hands down the best dessert shop in Lake Mary/Sanford (I became a fast regular). Any regular can see that... in our post-COVID world this location seems to be struggling. Everything from cakes not baked completely to their typical fluffystate (causing either an overly dense cake or slightly at lower half of the cake or runny at the bottom) to the icingdecorations being much thinner and more squiggly than in the past (and in many cases there are breaks in the icing wherepotentially air bubbles are pushed out. These issues don't exist in Winter Park. Nice staff but someone has to train thembetter. Are they allowed to eat their own work from time to time? They probably should. Read more

So this is the second location that I have visited from this company and I have to say that the cake is phenomenal. This time I... tried the confetti and it was delicious.
