this was my favorite macdonald experience. the fries were so warm and crunchy made to perfection. the burger was juicy and full... of sauce that we used to dip our fries into. the young lady working as the cashier was so friendly while working at 12 am. sonice! pls give her a raise. :) Read more
So sad. I walk in happy with family and the manger is so bitter and upset and offers such terrible leadership and service. Her... name is Maia I believe. It would really help to have a better attitude as this location has such a great team and potential. Youfeel like you are being a bother when you just want spend money and eat. So terrible. The McDonald's in Port St John make their own rules. I don't understand it one night they'll have ice cream and then the next... night you go to the same time and no ice cream and no iced coffee or anything like that. I don't know what their problem isthey didn't have ice cream or they said at certain times of night that their ice cream machine was down it was an entire yearover that. I just haven't had a really good time there. The staff seems to not be happy, they one time would not add somethingto my order because we were at the second window already and they told us we would have to go all the way back around and waitin a very long line. Well I used to work at McDonald's on and off around 18 years and if somebody wanted to ask something to anorder it didn't matter what window you at you would add it to the order. This is an update as I last went to this location 3 months ago. Today I asked for made to order which means to make everything... fresh right then. I got cold burger and so much Mac sauce everything fell apart. All cheese slices were stuck together and justthrown on there. Smfh this is just freaking bonkers. 3months ago 2nd night in a row going to this location. Yesterday my 2cquarter pounder with NO onions, did in fact have onions. Fries were fresh because I asked for no salt. Tonight my big Mac iscold everything. Patties not even Luke warm. Asked for fresh fries. My extra order of small fries were fresh but the mediumfries with my meal were oily and old and dry. My nuggets were also old and barely hot. The quality of this McDonald?s was high 4 years ago and has been consistently going down. Additionally they love to cheap people... out of their food. I came by here a week ago to order large fries with no salt and medium fries no salt. They don?t even fill upthe fries anymore! They are filled to 1/2 way and propped in a way as if you are getting your money?s worth. Big rip off!Especially compared to places like Five Guys that add ADDITIONAL fries to the bottom of the bag along with the ordered fries.And they make theirs HOMEMADE! I know a box of frozen fries is way cheaper than homemade ones but yet they are very stingy onportion sizes. Not work the 3.29 they charge for it.
