Food is good but customer service sucks. I just spent 35 minutes waiting on my order. They gave my food to someone else. It... happens, I get it. But not even an apology? So disappointed in this place! I would put zero stars if I could. They had five people working and missed making my husbands... sub. We waited over 30 minutes and they gave the sub to someone else that complained they had the wrong sub! And we get a drinkand there is no ice and multiple people tell them and they made no attempt to restock at all! We wanted a quick bite beforeChita d it has turned into an hour and a half ordeal. Worst experience ever! Not sure what takes precedent, online orders or people standing in the restaurant. Had to wait in line... for over 30 mins to get to the counter to be told he had to finish the online orders first. Stood in front of the individual ashe prepared multiple online orders before asking what we would want as the line continued to form behind us. Only one delislicer on shift and the under 18 employees can?t do anything. Have patience if coming to this location. Very unorganized andunprofessional. Read more

Staff was friendly but I think they had a new person on the grill. I managed a Jersey Mikes in the past and first and fore most... there was a health code violation with him not wearing anything to protect the food from his hair. He did mess up my sub butthats not a big deal. He burnt the hell out of the meat. Working there in the past i know they should only be on the grill for afew minutes. I would recommend the drive to Orlando to One of Mr. Gillespe's stores. Much better. Read more

I ordered 4 subs at 513pm. Said it was going to be ready by 530 to 540. Got there and they never got the online order. So they... made my subs, and walked out at 630. Got home and my Italian I told them 4 times what to put on it. Italian with pickles andlettuce, no dressing at all. Got home and the "dry Italian" was a turkey sub with mayo spicy mustard tomato and lettuce. Thentried to call and get it delivered and couldn't do that either. Got there and it wasn't even ready. Worst experience of my life.Oh and it came to $56 and $65 got charged to my card and they couldn't even find the order in the computer to refund the $9. Andcouldn't speak to manager. Read more

They craft some amazing sandwiches! I rank them in the top 5 of sandwich shops for sure. I am giving this sub a 4 out of 5... because of two reasons. That being lack of cheese and barley any seasoning on the steak. All in all though, this place is amust-try if you haven't! Read more
