The food was lovely the service was kind of shabby my sandwich was not so hot but it was okay
So disappointed in this place! I would put zero stars if I could. They had five people working and missed making my husbands... sub. We waited over 30 minutes and they gave the sub to someone else that complained they had the wrong sub! And we get a drinkand there is no ice and multiple people tell them and they made no attempt to restock at all! We wanted a quick bite beforeChita d it has turned into an hour and a half ordeal. The food is good but when I would go to this location on Sundays, one of the guys that works there never smiles, barely says... hello, terrible customer interaction experience basically. Made me stop going here; they need to hire friendlier people. Too badthough because the food is good. Read more
Worst experience ever! Not sure what takes precedent, online orders or people standing in the restaurant. Had to wait in line... for over 30 mins to get to the counter to be told he had to finish the online orders first. Stood in front of the individual ashe prepared multiple online orders before asking what we would want as the line continued to form behind us. Only one delislicer on shift and the under 18 employees can?t do anything. Have patience if coming to this location. Very unorganized andunprofessional. Read more
