This place is fun with all kinds of science to make fresh ice cream in front of you. Lots of flavor option and the ice cream... actually taste very smooth. This place can have great Ice Cream as evident from our first few visits but that must have been a rarity because the bad visits... have outnumbered the good. There is no consistency. The quality and flavor is dependent on who makes it or how much of a rushthey are in. This place quickly went from a go-to place to one that I will not be going back. Lately, they are always out ofitems. Not great to make a special trip to find out they are still out of what you went there for. For 2 weeks (maybe more) theyhave been out of Hot Fudge and other items that are readily available at any grocery store. Instead of making signs of what youare out of , go get it. When I asked how they are still out after 2 weeks, they said it was due to shipping and availabilityand nothing they can do. Since this was the third time we stopped in and couldn't get what we wanted , we left and went toAndy?s where they have tons of Hot Fudge - never even heard of an issue with getting it, Publix has some in stock, and Amazonhas it and they can ship it. You don?t stay out of simple items for over two weeks unless you want lose customers to otherplaces. 3 times I gave this place another shot and each time they would rather remain out of items than look for ways to giveconsistency to customers in what is one the menu and how it is made. As much as I love this ice cream place. Depending on who serves you will make our break your experience. Some of the employees... could careless about what you want and how it is made. While some others exceed expectations. Becareful who you left serve you. I go here enough to know. I'm going to start leaving depending on who Is there. Not saying any names... just saying. Read more
Kind of confused online the hours says they are open till 9, the store window says till 10 and then there was writing on a sheet... of paper saying their new hours are at 8??? Ice cream is good but very confused. Read more

This ice cream was the bomb! The experience from it being made to final product was pretty cool to watch. Flavor was awesome.... Place was clean. Seating was available as well. It's different than traditional ice cream or gelato. Well worth the try if younever had a nitrogen ice cream! I'd go back again Read more
