Unfriendly and uncalled for. My husband ordered a pizza over the phone. When he showed up the server (who wouldn?t give his... name) asked for an order number. Unfortunately a number wasn?t given to my husband over the phone so he simply asked if theyusually give out numbers. The server was uncalled for and rude and told my husband to not have an attitude and wouldn?t answerhis questions, and went on to other customers. Just for simply asking a question. The server wouldn?t do his job and serve myhusband and wouldn?t get his manager and was completely unprofessional and rude. 100% don?t recommend. The pizza is trashregardless, but we still would have paid if it wasn?t for the uncalled for/ unprofessional service. Maybe management shouldtrain their employees to not get offended by simple questions. Would recommend Dali?s instead! Read more
I wanted to start by saying that I have been to this Flippers location many times and typically love the pizza. But the service... lately has been lackluster. Today, ordered carry out from inside the restaurant. My receipt says Serenity was the server. All Iwanted was an arugula and prosciutto pizza, right off the menu. This was not a custom order, just right off the menu. The womanat the register acted like I she had no idea what I was asking. I stated it four times and even pointed to it on the menu askingwhat size each price was. She obviously didn?t care enough to make sure she took the right order. I got home, a 25 minute driveso no turning and going back and it was the wrong pizza. I?m sure it tastes fine, but why don?t people care about the quality oftheir work anymore? Now, what you have is a consistent returning customer that will think twice about going to this locationwhen he wants pizza, simply because either the staff wasn?t trained correctly or they just didn?t care. We had the pizza rolls and a few of the pizzas. Fresh ingredients, delicicous food. A good variety of specialty pizzas, salads,... and sandwiches. Great service, the manager Jimmy made a point to come out and chat with us about our experience and food. Highlyrecommend this place! Read more
I honestly don?t know how to rate Flippers Lake Mary. We?ve ordered takeout from this location twice in the last two months. The... food was quite good, but both times the wait to get the food was ridiculous. The first time, I was told to be there in 30minutes, and it wasn?t in my hands until after 70 minutes. The next time I had to wait an additional 25 minutes beyond thepickup time. Read more

But just wanted to leave it here saying that we... had our sons 2nd birthday party here tonight and everything was amazing. Overall a 5 star. They welcomed us in with opened arms.Our food was delicious as usual service was quick! Our server Brooke was extremely helpful polite and great with our bunch. Theydo a great job here! Haven?t had Flippers for a few years now because they closed the UCF location and that was the one closest to me. Now that I... have moved to Sanford this location is right down the street and decided to stop in and get a few pies. Triple pepperoni hasalways been a favorite and it still pleases my tastebuds for sure. Also got the BBQ Chicken and it was good also but next time Iwill remember to tell them no onions because I?m just not that kinda guy! The food was great. It just took awhile for someone to come take our order and the table hadn't been wiped down from the... previous guests. Our server didn't write down our order and I know that some servers can remember orders. But he didn't rememberthat we had ordered dinner and he offered to bring our check before we got our food. I ordered a salad and he forgot which tableit was for. We ordered calzones and he didn't offer us silverware. I'll most likely order food from here again but I don't thinkI'll dine in again. Read more
