I had to give a star but they deserve NONE... Ordered a pizza with light veggies and extra feta. Not a single piece of feta and... veggies are not light. Plus they put pineapple on it which is nasty to me. Call in and the "manager" said she made my pizzaherself and there is feta and no pineapple. I took a pictures but cant upload it.. if you look at the picture there is NO EXTRAfeta and pineapple and heavy everything veg wise! Very upset... got a credit for a free pizza but will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAINDUE TO THE ARGUMENTATIVE nature and no personal responsibility of the manager. Read more
I ordered two pizzas and two desserts. The vehicle arrived within the time quoted. When we took the food in, we realized a... pizza was missing. We called and were told it would be sent out in ten mins. After 25 mins, I called again and were told itwas on the way. I pressed to see when and was told soon. I asked when it left and if it could be tracked and then was told thatits was JUST about to leave the store because they had to remake it. I understand mistakes BUT I do not understand why acompany would lie about the redelivery. All of our other food is sitting and waiting because 1/2 of the group is vegetariansand we were waiting on the cheese pizza. Read more
I just wanted to share my experience with Domino's this evening. I ordered online, and used the curb side pick-up method for the... pizza. They unfortunately made my incorrectly. Someone came to my car and let me know that they were going to remake it. I wasunderstanding and waited. They gave me a new pizza, but then when I got home they missed up a part of my order again. I orderedthe Chocolate Lava Cakes, and I got parmesan bites instead. They got my order wrong twice. I guess next time I will have todouble check the order before leaving because a lot of mistakes can happen apparently. Read more
We have been ordering from Domino's in Lake Mary FL for close to 30 years n have always received excellent service. Tonight my... daughter placed an online order for me n I guess Domino's in Lake Mary FL is having a rough night. She did not receive the pizzathat she ordered n paid for, for herself. We have been calling Domino's none stop n their phone line is non-stop busy n wereceived someone else's dessert, that we did not order. Also, the pizza she ordered for me, feels like it just came out of therefrigerator. She is very upset to say the least. In addition the boxes were all extra greasy n our Cinnamon sticks dessert doesnot taste fresh at all. I hope the owner is able to find out about tonigh's incident, so that steps can be taken to prevent thisfrom happening again. All of our past reviews received 5 stars. Read more
We order from this Domino's often and they get our unique (1/2 with some itmes, 1/2 with different items) pizza right every... time. The online ordering is convenient and we save time and money by picking it up ourselves which is worth it to us. The staffare friendly and always make me smile on the occasions when I go into the store. The rest of the time, they bring the pizza tomy car. Great service! Great price! Delicious pizza! Read more
