I used to love this place! Went here on dates with my boyfriend all the time before seeing a movie, but recently it?s gone... downhill. The employees looked overworked, and the older man who works there is very hostile. I came in a few times in the pastmonth and there was only one girl working trying to serve 5 people at one every time. Poor management. My first and last time going there. Where do I start? I order a banana split, and what I got was a large cup with a small scoop... of ice cream. They barely put toppings on it. I paid $8.55 for a scoop of ice cream and a few toppings. They should not callthat a banana split, they should not even have it as a ?banana split? on their menu. It was terrible and SO disappointing. Icalled the owner to express my disappointment, and all he could say was ?I'm sorry?. If you ever want to get a real bananasplit, go to Andy?s they know how to make a real banana split. I will not recommend cold stone to anyone, they are ripping offpeople. I've noticed recently they've cut back on the portions! When you buy the Gotta have it, at its ridiculous price, I expect to get... a heaping cup of ice cream! It's filled to the brim only. Before you'd get an inch or so above the brim... The last two timesI've been, the amount is more like what was used for medium before. So the prices have gone way up and the ice cream amount hasbeen reduced as well. This economy stinks but it doesn't make sense to decrease content AND hike up the price! Read more
Cannot say that the prices justify the recent service or quality. $8 for the smallest size cup of ice cream is bad enough, but... they never seem to be fully staffed. To the previous post, and whomever it may concern. I was aware that coldstone had holiday hours (shown in the picture). If you... went on New Year?s day, they closed at 9, instead of 9:30 because of the holiday. If you searched their hours online, itwould?ve said normal business hours, but probably would?ve said something like ?holiday may affect these hours.? Also they hadthe holiday hours paper posted on the front door way before Christmas, up until the day after New Years. They are always true totheir open and close hours, and sometimes even stay open later than their times to serve customers. I am a frequent coldstonecustomer, and I know that the employees would never deliberately ignore the customers, or refuse to serve customers. The staffis wonderful! Keep up the good work! Read more
Always good ice cream and service. Waffle cones aren't shaped like bowels. Fix it.
