Ordered breakfast this morning and while the staff was super friendly, as usual, they itemized my order instead of just removing... my English muffin and it ended up actually costing me more money!! So, I was essentially penalized for removing an item from myorder due to a food sensitivity. For a wholesome Christian company, I feel like I was robbed. Other locations actually chargeyou less when you remove an item, not itemize the meal snd charge more Hopefully, it was a new employee and this was a just atraining oversight that wasn't properly explained. This is a Chick-fil-A so you know it's pretty much a standard Chick-fil-A which means its absolutely amazing in every single... way! Friendly people, quick service, yummy fresh hot food, and an overall outstanding experience! Don't let the really longline at the drive thru intimidate you. That line may be long but it moves with the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of a welloiled racing car pit crew. What can you say? It's Chick-fil-A, it's some of the best quality "fast food" there is. Staff is phenomenal, you're treated with... respect always. They will melt outside just to personally take your order. Waffle Fries. ????? Read more
The people are always nice and the food is always good. The problem I have is that they want to take your order before you can... see the menu. I have tried to use their menu on line but it isn?t easy to find and not easy to navigate. Almost always a line ofcars, parking to go inside is confusing but that is the design teams issue. Read more
I frequently go to this location because I do work in Lake Mary so it?s convenient but I may just start going back to the... Sanford or Orange City location since those are on my way to work .. tell young lady who took my order was nice & she dideverything right on her part, how ever I ordered a large hash brown & it was forgotten; I usually don?t check my bag beforeleaving - good thing I did this time! The gentleman who was bagging the food had an attitude with the young lady at the windowas if it was her fault she forgot the hash brown .. I then drive off and get to work , literally 2/3 lights up the road .. I gotto open my biscuit to put my condiments on and the whole biscuit fell apart .. & looked so under cooked .. Your staff was super friendly but the food i was so disappointed with my chicken was was not hot it was just worm the cheese was... not even melt! I took the bread off to put mayo on and it fell apart. My bread tasted stale the mac n cheese some parts was hotand some was worm the top of the cheese was just barely melted i could not call i had a full day of doctors appointment. So ididn't have a chance to call to come plain yesterday i paid 12.42 for my meal yesterday and i was really looking forward to mylunch yesterday you guys are one of my favorite places and your staff was and is always friendly. I just left this location and I was very disappointed with what I recieved..I bought dinner for my whole family and this is what... I recieved..not only were the fries not filled but they weren't hot either and my sandwich also did not come how I paid forit..I frequent Chick-Fil-A often I'm familiar with their standards and spending $40 for our meal just to receive this especiallywhen it is not busy is not okay. I ordered my food for to go and there was no room for me to set my drinks to wait for my food so I sat my drinks on a table to... wait for my food. I did see the sign it was for pick up orders but the table was empty and the place was packed. Denise came upto me and said you cannot put your drinks on the table and picks up the sign to show me and then walks away. It was very rudethe way it was said as well. It only took a 2 minutes to wait for my to go order. If it were said nicer and I sign wasn?t pickedu too be shown in my face I would of gladly moved my drinks.
