Tried the drive through yesterday for lunch, food was just ok. customer service was not very good the guy at the window didn?t... seem friendly just asked for payment didn?t realy say anything else. I would say to each his own but don?t expect a chik fil aexperience at this location. Great experience and customer service. This was a first for me, getting my holiday dinner catered. Given the holiday rush, I... expected to encounter rude, annoyed workers but it was quite the opposite. Every worker was smiling and helpful with eachcustomer that approached. Mind you, the line was out the door with thanksgiving customers picking up orders as well as orderingat the store. Regardless, the staff was in great spirits and there was a team effort from all team members in getting eachcustomer order fulfilled accurately, and as fast as possible. I picked up a preorder for a party of 10. My confirmation statedmy order would be ready between 245 and 3pm. I was indeed in my car headed home with my order @ 308pm.
