Is it a club or is it a restaurant!? Decide to duck in for a late night meal and was blown away how loud the music was probably... set on 11! Our waitress was nice but infrequent. The food was so so we had the goulash (tough) and the chicken fried steak(cold) The new layout seems odd and not much of an German feel although sterile so maybe it fits. Food was good! Service was not the best?.. my problem came when we paid. When our change arrived to the table the waitress... shorted us. When we realized she was no where to be found. I had to get what I?m guessing was the manager to find her. Her(waitress) excuse was that she wasn?t good at math. Got the schnitzel and bratwurst combo with German potato salad and German fried potatoes... Both potatoes were patheticly under... seasoned... Just terrible... Schnitzel breading also bland... Bratwurst was just ok... Had boudain balls and chips forappetizer, overcooked and BLAND!!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TELL THE COOK TO USE FREAKING SALT WHEN COOKING!!!!!! Food was great and alcohol was on spot. It has more of a bar setting and the girls in shorts and some shorter than others. It's... a great place to eat but not sure I would take my kids even though it's not a bad place to take kids but like I said, it's moreof a bar setting and people drinking at the bar which takes up a quarter of the room. Went with my mom here for a stem cell wellness seminar. We got a free steak dinner which was delicious surprisingly. Most places... do not get a thumbs up from me when it comes to steak. The first time I went I was at the bar drinks were super good very niceatmosphere here I will be back. Read more
This is a big local for a casual lunch or dinner. There is plenty of tables or stood on the bar. Service is not fast. But for me... is perfect because I always need more time check the whole menu. In this place I did not feel the rush to order, eat and leavethe table. They have a huge beer variety and to check the menu you have to scan a QR code. I liked it, because you can browseaccording with the type of beer. Since I don?t know many beers, this kind of menu helped me to pick something that I liked. Toeat we had the wurst ( sausages), the waiter explained me that usually people order the German Brateruts and I followed theadvise and ordered that and the pecan for second option. The dish included two sides. I got the sauerkraut and the red cabbage.Wurst were full of flavor, my favorite was the German Brateruts, and then sides were amazing between tangy and citric perfectmatch for sausages. It wasn't what we were expecting but in a good way. The whole establishment was clean in its design, decor, and set up. It was... much larger on the inside then expected. The food was delicious and the price didn't break the bank. Our waitress Oliva helpedme pick between the handful of Main meals I wanted to try, and brought my husband some samples of the many beers they had ontap, his favorite was the Golden Drake. We ordered the fried pickles, carbonara, and Rhettas Schnitzel which was all delicious.We can't wait to go back! Read more
Went there and sat the bar and service was good, Jordan, Kristen, and Alyna were excellent, but my issue is that the manager on... duty allowed an employee from Growlers to come in (Jada); which in my opinion is a horrible bartender ( just my opinion);complain about another customer (@ Growlers) while I'm sitting at the bar and proceeded to also talk about a customer himselfand drag it on.
