We ordered a 10piece boneless wings and Cajun fries, they gave us an 8 piece and the wrong fries. We called to remedy the issue... and when we came in they gave us 2bone in wings with the wrong sauce, told us that the fries were fine because ?this is what theperson on the phone ordered?, and made jokes at my girlfriend?s expense as we were leaving (they also did this when we came ininitially). Best wings i had in a while, but the only negative thing is they did not get the veggie sticks.
Awesome experience. The chicken was 100 and staff was nice and working hard. Restaurant clean.
Very disorganized bad customer service the manager was no help she need to be demoted or fired the workers didn't know the menu... they advertise things that they do no longer sell very very dissatisfied we'll never go there again and I don't recommend thatplace at all. Please check your bags before you exit the building. I paid over $50 for my order! When we arrived home there was only one... ranch. It clearly said (X4 Ranch) when I place my order online. This is such a bad experience and the worst feeling ever. Read more

I paid a little over $40 for my food. Took forever to get my food, even when not fully busy. Took forever for them to bag it. I... got home, Took my food out. they only gave me one set. I was missing two other 8 count wings. I called, I was on my way to getthem. I had to turn BACK around to get the wings. because they couldn't fix or do anything with my order without bringing backthe wings and fries i had gotten. I wasted so much gas. They couldn't even let me keep the set of wings or fries they gave mefor it being their mess up? No, stingy. I hardly go to wingstop, now I remember why. Read more
