Manager needs to be replaced ASAP. Some of the workers like to catch attitude and slack off. How could a manager let this go on,... I?ve been coming here for months and it?s always the same people slacking off. Light skin girl with big curly hair and niceteeth was very polite and recommended a very good drink for me. So I don?t get coffee much. But today I decided to treat myself. I usually go to Buc-ess, but today I decided to go to... Starbucks. After I place my order, the girl on the microphone must?ve not know that it was still on. Because she goes ?oh dang?. Dang what? Dang I got extra to make my drink more expensive? (It went from. $5-$9. I called the manager and told him what hadhappened. He apologize for the inconvenience. Upon receiving my drink she said that it was dark & it was probably the mocha thatI added to it. The only problem is I added white mocha. After all of this the only thing that I wanted is to get my money back.So I have to wait in line again. I have a four-year-old autistic child in my backseat that is asleep. It would be terrible tobring him inside. Needless to say, I will never go to this Starbucks again! Furthermore, I will make it a last option whentraveling. I honestly thought that Starbucks was a nice place until this. But an hour of my life isn?t worth unprofessionalbehavior & coffee I didn?t want. Read more

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Absolutely no customer service baristas are rude and unfriendly.... Cannot make a drink the same way twice to save their life even their own drinks. I will not waste another minute or dime at thislocation. I've gotten in contact through the link page numerous times and made numerous complaints and been told that myfeedback would be shared with the team but either it hasn't been or my guess is you guys just don't care. It's worth the driveto go down to the Krogers and go inside to that Starbucks always friendly service and amazingly they can always make the drinkexactly how you order it the first time without an attitude. The drinks are very inconsistent if they even have it. More times than not, they are out of stock. The tables and floors are... absolutely filthy. Thank you for putting in a location in Angleton, but I?ll definitely be giving my money to small businessesmore. Read more

Getting more and more disappointed. Keep going back thinking it?ll get better but not wasting my time or money any longer. Have... gotten the same drink 8-10 times over the past several weeks and there is NO consistency. Taking my business somewhere else.They either don?t take the time to make the drink correctly or need more training on how to make them. Tried ordering a coldbrew at 6am just to be told they were ?out?. Perhaps they didn?t make it the night before. This location definitely needs somework. Read more

It's a good place with good people. Upside if I need a kick in the teeth to wake up I go to them. Downside sometimes there... coffee isn't as hot as I need it to be to last 8 hrs in my mug. But that's just me. Read more
