I stopped in to speak to the manager about catering for a fire department party I'm planning. The manager -"Melanie" was... absolutely incredible. She spent time explaining options, and different sauces, for a mixed menu of meat and plant basedoptions. (I'm vegetarian) She was knowledgeable, and very accommodating. While I was there - I enjoyed French onion soup andbread. It was so good! I'm not ashamed I finished EVERY LAST DROP! If u have not stopped by this location, YOU NEED TO! The coffee station, floors, doors, and chairs were dirty. Coffee order was entered incorrectly. The staff was doing more joking... and talking than working. Worst Panera location I have ever been too. Read more
I ordered a turkey sandwich and a medium broccoli soup and a 16oz strawberry lemonade The turkey sandwich was cold and horrible... I couldn't finish it, the broccoli soup they gave me a small cup and instead of 16oz drink they gave me a 12oz and I asked ifthis was 16oz they told me the only come one size but on the ticket it says 16oz.
