I would love to review the ice cream but I?ve never been able to have it. We have stopped by at least 5 times in the past month... and there is never anyone at the counter. The lights are on and according to online they are open but there is no one to beseen. One day we did see 3 people all standing in the back room. They saw us and just ignored us. This was on a weekend duringthe middle of the day. Such a disappointment. Customer service needs to greatly improve or this location won?t last. Read more

Made a online order, when I get there 20 minutes later I was told ?the computer doesn?t tell us when we have orders? then why... have this option to order online and pick up asap? Had to wait in line to get something I ordered 20 minutes ago, and that tookabout another 15 minutes because of how many people were waiting. At the end of the whole thing, I leave without even gettingreally what I ordered, it was missing a couple things in it. No one was wearing gloves. Read more

Do not come here. Owner (the Chinese guy, not the big white guy) is very very rude to customers and employees. I went up there... to see him cursing out his employees, you don?t even see smiles on their faces because they are so miserable and under paid. Marble slab y?all need to get rid of the owner for this location. I will not be coming back as long as he is there. Read more

I am a regular to this ice cream shop in the mall the workers are very polite and easy going along side with quick creamy ice... cream with large servings you are Truly getting your moneys worth out of this place 10/10 will come back (the icecream is alsohomemade) Read more

Poor Service. They don't use gloves. In top of that 2 of them was talking and laughing while making the ice cream. Some areas... looks dirty. I don't reccomend and we will never go back. Read more

Went today Sunday at 2pm, service was good ice cream was better. :-) There was only one guy working at the front & he did very... well we had to wait but I feel like every Marble Slab I have gone to I have to wait its not unusual. Everything was very goodthe ice cream, mix ins & my waffle cone. So glad we have a location nearby that way I can take a quart home. Will definitely beback. Give them a chance & be patient. Read more
