AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I wish you could give 0??s. I went 7/2/17 around 6:15-6:30pm. So long story short they had barely any... chicken or any sides. The chicken they did have cooked should've been thrown away. no mashed potatoes, Cajun rice, okra, youname it. It wasn't that it was not prepared they were out of it. The place is dirty and the 2 male employees didnt seeminterested in working. I left there thinking that illegal transactions could be taking place there. But who knows? The one star isn't even worth giving! I called corporate, and not even that helps! Never again will I go there, nor to any... other. They have horrible service and NEVER get your order right. And they steal your money by forgetting a part of your mealbut charging you for it! Read more
Went in and store was so dirty. I wanted 10 piece chicken assortment and the kid reaches for this tray of chicken that has been... sitting on the counter for an obvious long time. I tried to ask him how long it had been sitting there but he didn't know heclaimed. When I asked for fresh hot food he said he had to give me the old stuff under the lamp. When I asked for six biscuitshe said it would take him ten minutes. So I stood there watching the chicken get harder and dryer. I had to tell him twice nolegs and twice he tried to put them in. Out of ten pieces I discovered when I got home it was all thighs and wings. Not onebreast for $20 dollars. As I feared it was hard, dry and room temperature. I called right back k to voice my concerns and theytold me to call back k tomorrow when a manager might be in. Don't even waste your energy. Read more
Worst experience EVER! High school kids running the place entertained by some older woman the entire time families are trying... to pick up Food. Never gets the order correct and never has food ready and drive thru is a joke and its super hot & dirtyinside! Shut this place down and bring back KFC! Read more
Bought a chicken sandwich combo, the chicken was so burnt there was no way to even think about eating it. And they didn't give... us biscuits or gravy for the 2 other dinners. Terrible service and food is bad at best. Won't be going back ???? Read more
I buy chicken in quantity for church funerals. People leave chicken from anywhere else. The church's employees that have helped... me do this ministry for over three years all have been very helpful and bilingual. Good job. Read more
