First time trying chicken express and i liked the fried okra, chicken tenders and sweet rolls. Will be back for more!
Order a 16 piece family meal with mashed potatoes/gravy, mac n' cheese and coleslaw today after doing some grocery shopping in... town after getting home I noticed that we were missing our biscuits so I called and the woman who I spoke with agreed I couldcome back next time I'm in town since I live over 20 minutes away. Not cool but not a big deal. After sitting down to eat withmy family we realize that the gravy was as watery as milk and the mac n' cheese didn't taste right. So I call back and ask forthe manager this time. I believe she said her name was amber. I explained what happened and all she could do was give meexcuses. Not even an apology. I paid of $45 or so for a barely edible meal. Read more
The food was good except that when we got our chicken tenders there was a big clump of chicken tenders stuck together like... someone just dropped them in there like that and didn't even move them around in the oil when they cooked them. Read more
My loyalty got wrecked hard today. Ordered 3 meals, 2 number 1's 1 number 3. Also ordered 3 extra sides. As they were getting... things packed a guy in a black shirt started shifting our order off the staging area and separated boxes. They brought out thebag with the 3 meals but not the sides. I had to tell the young lady that the box sitting on a shelf where the guy with theblack shirt had put them was my sides. Left and went home. Lo and behold my 3 piece number 3 only had 2 pieces and all the foodwas cold. We live 1 mile from the store. Super disappointed with this experience. Read more
My cousin and I were there to eat,Friday April 8,2022. Place was filthy All trash was overflowing. Dining room and restrooms.... Food didn't taste quite right. White meat was way over cooked. We both ended up with diarrhea. I gagged on old grease most ofnight. Woke up throwing up pure grease about 3:30 am. Needless to say, I was turned off. Employees were standing around doingnothing but checking their phones. As we were leaving parking lot, 2 of them were in the dumpster enclosure smoking. Just badbusiness habits. Read more
I like you can pick your chicken pieces on the 2 and 3 meals. The side are tiny and need to be a little larger. Instant mash... potatoes are not expensive, so please up size at least 2 oz. This is on the single size orders. Place was clean and food cameout way faster than i wanted. All good, crispy and fresh. Also the fish is very good when it come right out of the fryer.
