Management allows people to hold machines for a ridiculous amount of time. Recently we watched as they allowed a woman to walk... in, reserve a machine and then leave to do errands and not come back for almost an hour. Another recent visit, we saw theemployee reserve a popular machine for a friend/regular before they even arrived. Read more
Fun environment to play slots, have a cocktail, & have a snack.
Not happy with the service ....when I been sitting there for awhile and not once asked if I would like something to drink or... anything and I look over and the girl is chit chatting with someone and oblivious to customers that is not any level of customerservice....very disappointing...and I will most likely not be going back....she pretty much ignored me...walked in thirsty andleft the same way...this was not the first time....apparently you have to be friends with her to get a beverage .....I will takemy business elsewhere Read more
