What a disappointment, there should be an option for zero stars. We've been loyal customers for years and have noticed the... quality declining recently but after this last experience never again. For starters the salad I ordered was missing over halfthe ingredients, why list them if you aren't going to include them? I basically got lettuce, tomato and croutons for $12, cool. For another $12 we got the cheesy pull apart sourdough garlic bread. It arrived a cold, sad loaf with a blob of hard cheesein the center and a tub of butter on the side. Weird because it doesn't normally come like this, but we went ahead andassembled it and reheated it only to discover it was missing a key flavor, garlic! That brings us to the pizzas. We orderedfresh garlic as a topping and paid extra only for them to arrive with garlic powder sprinkled on top. If we wanted to ruin ourpizzas with garlic powder we would have done it ourselves for free. Are they out of garlic or something? How does an Italianrestaurant not have any garlic. Finally, the delivery charge is now $7 and yet our order was out on the road for nearly 40minutes so that it arrived a perfectly soggy and luke warm mess. It's not even worth calling for a credit because we willnever ever be ordering from this Moretti's again. What a shame, they used to be our favorite pizza place. Read more

The food was good and the young waitress did her job. My wife did make the comment that... this was the first time she had ever... received an Italian dish with no bread. They have cut portions WAY back. We understand price increases but the portions are almost a joke. $11 bruschetta comes with a... small cup maybe 2 spoonfuls of bruschetta mix. Use to be a portion 4x this. Sadly, same can be said for all of their otherportions, sides, etc. Ordered the Broasted chicken meal and they only gave us dark meat. ?? We use to order here almost weeklyand also did a lot of catering orders. No more :( Read more

Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken wrap, received a Caesar wrap. Disappointed, but what was worse is to hear the MANAGER would not... accommodate especially after a $214 bill. I would expect a visit to the table.. something. Fries were awesome!! Mistakeshappen but how it is resolved was not friendly. Other than manager or lack of, the place is awesome. Great music!
