The line for the drive thru wasn't that long but it still took forever. At one time it didn't even move. The sausage egg n... cheese on a muffin was nasty. Luckily i ordered 2 donuts on the side. Which they were very fresh n good. The latte was aboveaverage. Read more
If I could give this Dunkin location 0 stars I would. I frequently visit this Dunkin as it?s on the way to my work so I am there... quite often. I can truly say not one time in the last 5-6 months have I received the correct order. Just about a few minutes agoI went to this Dunkin (hoping they would get it right just this one time) and I ordered a very simple order. Two Boston cremedonuts & two jelly donuts (for my grandfather were going to visit) and of course the order was completely wrong. Not only wasthe order wrong but the blonde girl who did our order was outright rude. We asked kindly for the order to be fixed, she tookback the bag and gave it back (with total Attitude) so we drove away thinking it was fixed and finally right. Then we look inthe bag and it?s STILL NOT CORRECT! This Dunkin is horrible service, they never get your order right so don?t waste your time goto a different location. Read more
I specifically said ?extra crispy bacon, I like it burnt? they give me rubbery undercooked bacon. My hash browns are covered in... black as if they didn?t change the paper before making my food. Cmon people you have one job. Read more
Truly I?d like to rate this place 0 stars. This place is a total joke. EVERY morning the line is to the street and just about... moving. They typically have at least 4-5 people (maybe more) working from what I can see from the drive-thru and furthermore theslowest workers I?ve ever seen in my life. They?re always young kids and they spend their time standing around talking whileorders are piling up behind them. They have no idea what they?re doing. Usually a 20-30 minute wait. How about hiring peoplethat can actually handle the job and work FAST? I mean that?s the idea of a fast food place last time I checked. Hire new peopleso you can get some more positive reviews and less angry customers. ????? Read more
