The only reason they get any stars is because Papa John's pizza can be delicious. This place is a joke and should be sold to... someone who understands the art of business. They skimp on everything, to the point that is clearly costs them business, andthey don't care. Drunk people from CA will just keep blindly ordering. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Let me clarify. They roll over phone orders to an undisclosed 3rd party company. If there are errors (quoted prices, deals, or accuracy), it'syour fault, not theirs. Quality control is non existent. Customer service is almost non-existent. They skimp on ingredients.They are overpriced. Your pizza will be lacking, in everything, and definitely NOT the Papa John's awesomeness that you areexpecting. They are understaffed, and they don't care. For real, there are WAY better pizza and price options available to youin Lake Havasu City. Choose ANY other place. You will thank me. What a sad looking pizza I bought. I Ordered a large thin crust cheese with onion and mushroom normal amount. There were 4?... pieces of mushroom, a fair amount of onion and what I thought was a few chunks of onion turned out to be PINEAPPLE. SIGH...withtax $20.00 - and not a happy eater. Read more
