Food seemed dry and over cooked. Chip were hard as rocks. Corn was excellent. Mashed potatoes and gravy were mushy and... flavorless....I couldn't even eat a second forkfull. Read more
Normally El Pollo loco is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. But lately I've been getting skimmed on chicken. I give three... stars because their food is tasty but it can be better. Every time I go there they seem to have something new to try as wellwhich is good. Read more
Not a good choice for anything. Orderd the chicken salad bowl and was very disappointed. Very unsatisfied. Orderd a drink... with my meal and their drinks are watered down. I guess to save money but the customer suffers. I love El Pollo Loco and Ido eat at my local El Pollo Loco. But I do not recommend this partial El Pollo Loco. Read more
First time trying this fast food restaurant. I try not to be too harsh in my reviews, because it is, after all, fast food, but... this one was particularly bad. We got the food to go, but dug into the bags minutes after driving away from the restaurant. Thechicken in our meals was room temperature, enough to make us uncomfortable about eating it. No utensils were provided, eventhough rice and beans were included with the meal. Also, I ordered a combo and wanted bottled water, but they didn't have anyand couldn't even offer me a fountain cup of iced water. Still, the two-person meal was 20-something dollars. Came from Albuquerque today and was highly disappointed with our favorite place. Ordered a 2 piece and got back to the hotel... hungry. To my surprise, i got cold chicken. The pieces didnt have much on them. Sad cause they had a good 20 birds on the grill.For a $10 meal i expected at least one of them to be at least warm. Scared to go back. Read more

NEVER RETURNING HERE! I went to the lake havasu Christmas boat show with my family and we decided to pick up El pollo loco to... eat while we watch the show. I ordered the keto burrito which had no flavor. Halfway through eating my keto burrito I ended upfeeling something weird in my mouth that I couldn't seem to chew. When I took whatever it was out of my mouth i saw it was aproduce sticker. I was so grossed out I couldn't finish eating. Read more
