One of the best Chipotles locations I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and some of the most polite workers I've ever... encountered at any restaurant, ever. Just left this place. Great customer service. Greeted soon as I walked in. Smiles on their faces while helping me. Good... portions in my burrito! Here we go. Over the past year, every experience I have had at the lake havasu city chipotle has been so far below standard that... it?s truly embarrassing. First of all, the service is terrible. It feels like a bunch of 5th graders working under absolutely nosupervision. They repeatedly make mistakes, lose online orders, and do nothing to ?make up for? these shortcomings. As for thefood: They are constantly out of main items such as beans, chicken, and steak? And don?t seem to realize that they are out ofsaid items until you are literally in line asking for them. If the chips aren?t stale and salt-less, they are greasy,undercooked, and soggy. The thought of spending another dime there disgusts me almost as much as the burnt rice. Read more

No longer have Veteran discount!! Food looks dried up and old. The cook came from the back and we didn't see him wash his hands... or place gloves on, he also kept touching his face with his mask half on. Drinks ran out and not refilled. I?ve always loved Chipotle but the customer service here is terrible. I paid to have food delivered and I never received it. I... received a notification saying it was delivered but it just didn?t show up. so i drove down to see if i could pick up my orderinstead. i showed them proof of my payment and order. After, they refused to make me my food and sent me off. So, I am out $20with no food. Clearly it doesn?t matter to them, but they lost a customer. Read more

Updating this review a couple of years later to add more information. This chipotle location is the best one that I have been... too, and I only realized it after we moved out of state. They never messed up my pick up order, the staff was always veryfriendly, and they never forgot to give me napkins or cutlery. It's also very clean and the food always looked fresh, not driedout like it had been sitting in the warmers for several hours. Since moving, I have been to some pretty horrible locations. Read more

Food is great, standard chipotle fresh taste and simplicity. However, the service here has been nothing but difficult. As an... almost weekly customer here, it is dissapointing to see the store closed to online orders only, closed early, or frequentlyrunning out of common food items like black beans. There's always been something wrong at this location including really longwait times, but the food tastes good. As long as you don't mind all the inconveniences here, it's fine.
