This was my first time stopping in for cupcakes. I was on a date with my husband and he surprised me with a trip here for... dessert. We really wanted ice cream but due to supply issues there was no ice cream however we did finally try their cupcakesand they were delicious. We got the cookies & cream and Boston cream pie and they were absolutely mouth watering delicious &looked too good to eat. Our experience doesn?t end there; we showed up 5 minutes after closing and Angela still let us in andserved us with a smile and fabulous over the top customer service. Wow these are good! And hugeee. And sooo tastey mmm. And idk what the other reviews are talking about the customer service was... awesome. Two ladies one named Crystal I think and the other named Samantha who was wonderful ! I paid $40 for 4 cup cakes, 2dog cakes, 2 brownies & medium ice cream: honestly it was well worth it. There Cupcakes are very Delicious. Management, Customer Service not there at all very poor skills in that aspect owner an other... partners were very rude an unprofessional to the fact I had to wiggle myself around the register as well as grabbing napkins.First Experience is a plus an i felt very uncomfortable. so I give a 5 scoring for cupcakes an a 1 scoring there customersatisfaction as far as a business.
