We enjoyed an excellent dinner at this restaurant on a Monday night. The pho looked great, but we wanted to try other dishes,... so we ordered a banh mi and a noodle dish with pork and egg roll. Both were among the best Vietnamese dishes we have ever had. Very flavorful and intense without being hot. The dining room is attractive; they have gone to some effort to create a pleasantspace for people to enjoy dinner. This rating is five starts IN SPITE OF the amount of time it took for our order to arrive,which was excessive. Others who arrived after us were served before we were. I cannot be any happier that there is DELICIOUS Pho, right down the road from my house! The three people who were working... tonight were kind, inviting and pumped out some really amazing dishes. I’m apparently late to the game because the place wasvery, very busy (but I barely waited at all for my food, or service!) so apparently the word is out that this place isGREAT! The food here is absolutely amazing! We stopped because we’ve been driving all the way to Saratoga for bubble tea and that’s... all we wanted. Upon entering the restaurant we decided to get food too and thank goodness! Everything was tasty, portions weresatisfying, and I’m so glad we found this local restaurant and we will be back soon. This is such a hidden gem at lake George. I dont think the people there fully appreciate how tasty and healthy Vietnamese food... is. We loved our vegetarian, beef and chicken pho orders, as well as the spring rolls and vegetarian dumplings! Also the thaiiced tea was amazing. Highly recommend this place and will definitely go back when i visit the area again. Read more

Food is good, price is high, service is crazy slow but servers are attentive and very nice. Be ready for your order to be taken... 20 min after you sit down (though they did warn us before hand given that it's labor day weekend), another 20 min beforeappetizers shows up and 45 min after for your entrees to arrive. Overall a good close by place for Vietnamese food if you canstomach the wait. Read more
My family and I had the opportunity to experience Vietnamese cuisine for the first time at Oasis Vietnamese Restaruant in Lake... George.... and WOW, it was amazing. The restaurant was clean. Decorations were very nice and felt an authentic quality to theestablishment. Being our first time experiencing Vietnamese Cuisine, the waitress went out of her way to explain their menuselections in detail. We went with the Chicken Dumpling, and Spring rolls as appetizers. And they did not disappoint! The springrolls were flavorful and the peanut sauce was excellent. My son who is extremely picky on what he eats, loved the chickendumplings and wanted more! Our main course was the Specialty Full Beef Soup and the Spicy Beef Soup. They were aboveexpectations. The house sauces offered added that little extra which put the meals over the top. Tasty option if you're looking for different cuisine in the Lake George area. Not too crowded when we went. Ordered the Bahn Mi... both the beef and pork. They were both good options but the beef was excellent. The spring rolls were fresh and had a Pho to gothat was pretty good. Read more
