Menu for Georgian Lakeside Resort in Lake George, NY

This hotel was horrendous. If you enjoy the scent of cigarettes in non smoking room this is the place for you. The room was not... clean, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the dresser was not wiped down, and there was a mystery stain on the lamp shade. Thesheets were pilling and were very uncomfortable. We asked for our room to be made up which did not happen (it does notautomatically get made up every day, you need to request it). The breakfast was not included and was terrible, imagine a genericcontinental breakfast but paying $60 for it. There were no hooks in the room or bathroom, so there was no where to hang a towel,swim suit, or jacket. This is not what I expected when I reserved a room at a lakeside resort. Georgian lakeside has an amazing staff. Friendly, helpful and polite. Outdoor bar has a great view of the lake and great drinks... and food The pool is always energetic and full of kids having fun. The beach is great and plenty of water activities available.Some rooms need an upgrade but with everything else there is to do in LG we spent very little time in the room. Read more

Just spent my second stay at the Georgian. The room was clean but seemed to be missing some things like hooks for your towels... in the bathroom. The lake area was great as well as the pool. Great views of the lake! The bar area was good, food was alwaysgood and the wait staff very friendly. Read more

Awesome resort we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite as we have 2 teenage boys. Newly renovated rooms very clean with a lake view! ... Awsome rentals for the lake kids had a blast service was great. Walk to town . No one wanted to leave Read more

PLEASE READ TO THE END!! When I first arrived it reminded me of motel ???? 8. Once in the room you can tell it was a bad paint... job. Disappointment was starting to set in! THEN I looked out my window! One of the best views ever! The place sits right on thebeautiful clear lake with a view of the mountains with amazing sunshine. A small private beach with the cutest ducks! Thecustomer service is 5 star quality! From the manager, bartenders, housekeeping and all staff were more than friendly they wereextremely efficient! The food at the bar was SUPER good! Order the jumbo wings for a piece of heaven! The breakfast buffet isserviceable but the staff is excellent!
