We stopped at this particular location after spending a whole day, for the Culinary Expo, at Lake Geneva Resort. Michelle, was... our cashier and was amazing. She was so sweet to one of my students who couldn't find their money. She was patient and neveronce made us feel rushed (there were 8 of us and we were all separate orders). In the end, when I offered to pay for mystudent's drink, she said, "don't worry we got it." This meant a lot to my student as well as myself. Thank you for your kindheart Michelle and to the franchise owner, thank you for hiring employees with big hearts and warm smiles. You all are doing anamazing job. Thank you. Read more

This Starbucks needs to work on their speed of service. I often stop here on my way to school, but will not stop there any... longer. Have always waited 20+ minutes in line, with only 3 cars in front of me. Not to mention, the l time I was there thelady at the window ALREADY had my order ready but purposely waited to hand me my drink, so she can kill time on making the onesbehind mine. I love my Starbucks but this store has horrible customer service. First, they had no grande cups and would not put the grande... sizing in a venti cup. Then we asked for our ?freebie? and the lady got sassy and said we don?t do that. It?s a reward! Don?tassume! Learn customer service. Read more

Friendly staff, but frustrating business. I had put in a mobile order that said pick up time was 8:39am. I had arrived closer to... 8:50. Only to find my drink not ready. Watching people get their drinks left and right. The staff said my order was stuck inque, but it had been 20+ minutes by then. Not only that I waited until 9:15 before I had to leave, no drink, to make it to workon time. I can't find a way to refund my purchase and it made my morning absolutely frustrating. Read more

Drinks are watered down and weak tasting. Over priced flavored water. Not enough staff only drive through open. The retaining... wall in the drive through is leaning and going to fall over on a vehicle waiting at the window. Read more
