Reviews for Great Eggs in Lake Geneva, WI
There's only walk in service, breakfast only consists of 3 wraps on the menu; no meat, abt 4 tables on the left of where stand... to order. No air circ, Very disappointed especially on a Wed when Egg Harbor is closed til 2 (& Simple is closed all day) & onewants to eat breakfast before the 1pm boat tour. Luckily there's a few tables outside but food selection is Dismal. Thumbs down. Read more
Amazing breakfast burrito! Perfect ingredients and so fresh. Woman working the front grill was working her tail off. I assure... you the wait was absolutely worth it. Read more
Why this is a great place...excellent egg wraps, cute inside and sweet porch, delicious coffee with free flavor pumps, laid back... atmosphere, and decent prices! I had the Supreme (eggs, cheese, veggies, spuds, and meats...bacon and sausage) on whole wheatwrap and a creamy vanilla decaf. EXCELLENT and filling!! Read more
Not just for breakfast! This may be my new favorite lunch spot. You'll need to be patient. Each wrap is patiently, lovingly,... hand-made with fresh ingredients. It's small inside and the line can get long but it's worth the wait. I had the Southwest Wrapfor lunch and it was great. Super friendly staff. Wine and beer available! And Collectivo coffee on tap. 8/10 burrito. If you are a fan of a fresh and healthy, no frills breakfast burrito. This is your spot. Plenty of size, good... value, quaint atmosphere. I?d expect nothing less from good ol? Wisconsin. The lake Geneva area is legend. Pleasant mix ofChicago haute couture and working class Wisconsin. It?s nice to find local diamond in the rough Great Eggs among the recentlyinfringing Wisconsin Dells style commercialization of lake Geneva. The burrito is PHAT with and endless array of options. Iopted for most of them, which tasked the burrito maker a struggle as it came to wrapping time. Best to familiarize yourself withthe limited menu (breakfast wraps or lunch wraps only) and order ahead... a small electric griddle limits the chef to one or twoburritos at a time and with recent positive reviews this tiny hole in the wall can get crowded. Fresh, delicious, and prettyhealthy. An interesting sight to watch being created, it?s aptly called ?an omelette wrap?. Thin omelette is created, toppingsadded, the wrap is placed on top to seal in the moisture, the omelette is finished and then wrapped with your choice oftortilla- and there is a lot of choices. One of my favorite spots in the area and definitely worth a stop. Check out my googlereviews, and shoot me a follow I?m on a quest to review breakfast burritos around the world. Read more
This place is a definite gem. It's off the main road in a corner of the town center, so it's not as obvious and convenient but... it's definitely worth while to make way here. The Meir burritos are generous in size and tasty. The specials are wrapped ineggs first with the topping is your choice. I went with ham, chicken and sausage. Then you can choose your own wrapping. I wentwith tomato and basil, which ended up with a rad looking RED burrito. Service is slow so be prepared to wait. Read more
