First time visiting this new DD. I ordered 4 bagels to go. Once I returned home, I was disappointed to see the order was... wrong. Ugh! On top of that, the bagels were stale and hard. I called and they took my name and number and said I could comeback and they would give me what I actually ordered. Here?s the problem. To make a 13 mile round trip, it would cost more thanto just take the loss. With the economy the way it is and being on a fixed income, I learned an important lesson at this DD. Always take an extra minute to check your order for accuracy and freshness BEFORE you leave the store. I will not return. Read more
This new store in Lake Geneva is great, the people are friendly and they have great hot and cold coffee items to choose from... lot's of donuts and other breakfast sandwiches. You have to try the everything stuffed bagels it's a game changer. Read more
For the love of god....please teach your employees safety standards. The young girl making food comes out from her... station....high fives a male customer with her gloved hand, then promptly goes back to handling food with the same gloved handthat just made contact with his bare hand. Are you kidding me? Even if COVID-19 had never happened, that's disgusting. It'sbasic food safety 101. As an OSHA certified Safety Analyst I find this disgusting. Never coming here again. Read more
They mess up orders alot but I don't think the fact that they hire young kids and the girls are busy dancing to loud Eminem... songs has anything to do with it at all. I have been served by like 30 different people in the last month, it seems like a newperson everytime I go. Read more
This place is struggling to make a correct order, move cars along in a timely manor, and hand out all of our items without... asking. As you can see in the picture they gave me a bagel chip for breakfast. I?ve waited to write a review after severalvisits because it?s a new business. It?s frustrating to order and the employees have no idea what you ordered. We have to remindthem of all the items on the receipt. Food is good quality but this place needs a better manager and please train theemployees!! Read more
Picked up 6 donuts. All were stale, and just tossed in a bag instead of a box. Drink was a butter pecan iced coffee and it... tasted nothing like butter pecan. This is the third time I have gone there and had issues with the staleness of the donuts, thehelp not putting the donuts into a box, and the drinks being poor. I won't be going back. Read more
