pulled up to the drive thru at 7:58PM and they refused to take my order because they were ?closed?
Ordered coffee online and went inside to pick up my order. I asked for a straw and the girl working there threw the straw on the... counter. Very rude. I bought 11 Snowman cookies here the other day along with some gift cards all of which came wrapped. I stopped back in for 6... more and some more gift cards obviously for gifts and they unwrapped all the cookies. When I asked why they were unwrapped theyspecified I had to ask for them wrapped which they made no mention of when they properly sold me the cookies a few days ago.They wouldn?t do anything for me since they unwrapped them and told me I had to purchase new cookies if I wanted them wrappedeven though I never touched the unwrapped ones. The employees are nice here and the drinks are good. I can only give 3 stars because it?s not only incredibly small and it?s... impossible to get a seat and do work as it?s a very social location where people meet to talk. Because it?s such a smalllocation it?s extremely loud and nearly impossible to get anything done even with headphones and white noise playing.
