Waited an hour for my sandwich, got it and it was soggy from sitting there for so long. Super disappointed
Freaky slow. Placed my order and sat there waiting for it. They prioritize take out orders over people eating in. 2 people in... behind me got their orders and and they couldn't find mine So I repeated my order to them And they got it wrong. If you want aham sandwich order a turkey. Read more

Needed a last minute order for a 30-piece sandwich platter. I walked in on a whim, and the Manager and Staff lived up to the... "freaky fast" motto and completed my order within 15min. I order from this location almost everyday for lunch, have never made a mistake. They're very quick and polite. I understand... accidents happen, and I received the wrong sandwich. Right away they sent out a new sandwich and coke. I was VERY pleased andsatisfied with how sorry they were and their speed of making it to my house on my lunch break. Jimmy Johns in general is awesome. Great food, typically very good service. The one that I go to (Lake Forest) has terrible... service. I literally live a block away but do not have a car so I get it delivered. They take at least 40 minutes to get hereand almost get my order wrong every time. The people are nice, but that's not what I'm looking for. They also always forget tobring a pen to sign with, put napkins in the bag, and never put a straw in there either. My boyfriend used to work for them andthey treated him badly. One day I went to pick him up after work and decided I wanted to get a sandwich. They wouldn't serve mebecause I wasn't a priority customer because I was dating one of the employees. Really?? REALLY? I'm still a customer. I stillam willing to pay.
