Horrible Service!!! Had ordered an Iced Macha Latte w less ice & an Iced caramel Macchiato with oatmilk and less ice. I was... waiting on my drinks and I got the Caramel iced macchiato with oatmilk, and I noticed that they had put down my order wrong. They put down an Iced Macchiato instead of the iced matcha latte. I asked them if they can redue my drink because it was notright and they remade it with a cup full of ice from top to bottom. I asked her politely if she could remake it because I wantedit with less ice. She dumped half of it out and some ice and added just milk and just left it on the counter and walked away. I am so upset that she acted that way. The staff needs better trianing in Customer Service. This girl had a nose piercing Ididnt get her name because before I could say anything she walked off. The service was awful. After placing the order the worker disappeared. Finally came back and made sandwiches. The bagel was so... hard couldn't even bite through it.
