I placed an order at Togos and walked up to the outside window where you get yelled at if you come inside to pick up your order... when you order through external means. The employee said you need to come inside because you can?t reach the card machine fromoutside (this was stated with a huge attitude). I walked inside and when paying I told the employee the attitude wasn?t neededand he smirked laughed and said whatever and continued with the attitude. When I asked who owned the Togos I was told it was Roybut he won?t call you or care. I then asked for the manager and it turned out to be the employee right next to us who witnessedthe entire event and stated I am not part of that conversation so it?s alright he gives you an attitude. I asked this is alrightwith Togos and she said yes. Horrible customer service and I will not go here again after being a return customer for years. Been coming here since 2013 and at the time the prices were really good because it had a combo, complete with the sandwich, soda... and chips. And the soup of the day was tasty and reasonably priced. Now, over the years they raised the price too high on thecombo, but they did away with the chips and if you want chips, its $1.90 more. And now the soup is rather pricy. It's okaywith me they raised the price, but do not eliminate items from the combo order. Read more
No bueno, idk if it was the person who made the sandwich or if it was the ingredients in the store this week or in general but I... would not recommend eating at this location. Reminds me of a rundown Subway in the middle of nowhere no one checks or cares ifthe food is old, or bad or expired. You will regret it later. Read more
Old ingredients, stale bread, it's more like a burrito than a sandwich Its too expensive, 3$ more than what I would pay for the... best sandwich. Could not see them make the sandwich, even my tall buddy could not see over the counter. it's a miracle how thisplace is in business, like Arby's or sizzler, its very hard to keep lots of ingredients ready. All I wanted was a great Togo sandwich that I had been craving. I drove all the way there. Was greeted with a instant attitude.... Right from the beginning. Started off basically scolded me for not staying on the feet sign on the floor. I think it's time tonot support local food if this is what we get. I would rather make it at home and save my money.
