I eat here at least once a week because i love there basic menu and how good their food tastes, it fills me up and the employees... know me well enough that they put my order in b4 i walk in. Lol.... What can i say, it's a flame broiler. Chain restaurant. For what it is, I give it 5 stars. Very consistent quality and portions.... Nice staff. Every once in a while I'll get the tiniest little bone piece or grizzle (not often), but it's happened. Not bigenough, often enough, or big a deal to take a star off. It happens no more at this location than any other chicken and rice bowlplaces. Will definitely continue picking up food. We like their house sauce too. They have a serve yourself sauce bar. This place is so good, you can request extra or without, they're fast, & nice.. One bowl looks "normal size".. but it's packed... with food! They also have serve your own hot sauces, etc.. with to-go containers:) Read more
I felt the service was problematic but better than the food. Beef was tough. Taste was bland and I had thought it was to be... Korean inspired? I think it is made for a typical American pallete, fairly bland. Another Flame Broiler in AZ was better. Read more
