Known for their combo selections and chicken, this place is a great place to get quick food. The food was good and served hot... and the restaurant was clean inside. The only thing is the food here is a little more expensive than other fast food places. However, they do have larger portions! Read more
Customer service is awful. Food is ridiculously overpriced. If you are going to charge $11.00 for a teriyaki chicken bowl?try... actually putting some chicken in the bowl. I basically paid $11.00 for a bowl of mushy brown rice. Read more
Ordered the orange chicken with yakisoba noodles and veggies as a combo for 3.99 which includes an egg roll and fountain drink.... Total was about 18.00. Very good taste although it is a bit pricey Read more
It's my first time. I have been wanting to go since they opened and I smelled the delicious grilled chicken from the main road... and it didn't disappoint. I am eating the moist, tender and full of flavor delicious chicken right now as I am typing this! Ialready ate the crab Rangoon's and it was a pleasant surprise, fried perfectly and not just full of cream cheese, they areextremely tasty. Next I will eat my noodles (Update: Noodles are dry and meh, but I do love the chicken and crab Rangoon's!) Myfood was ready on time and HOT!!! Bravo Teriyaki Madness you have a new repeat and raving customer! Read more
I have always wanted to try this place but find myself driving up the street to Yogi's for my teriyaki chicken fix until today... when I actually went in as I needed a battery from the battery store next door. I ordered a large chicken bowl and asked forlight rice... that didnt happen... I still got way too much rice and way too little chicken. The quality was decent but theproportions were off big time. As I ate in the restaurant I couldn't help overhearing the manager/owner talking to somemarketing person in a meeting about how to boost sales. Forgive me if it's unwarranted but I have had a lot of teriyaki chickenand from a customers viewpoint if the manager is reading this I would like to give an opinion about boosting sales from acustomer's perspective: #1) include bigger portions of chicken I am talking like 10% more chicken would have left me content(especially when the sign on the window reads 'big portions'.... it just lead to a 'big disappointment ' when that was not thecase. .. and if it isn't possible to that, at least cut the the chicken into small pieces to give an impression that there ismore chicken.... that would help! #2) Give bigger sides of teriyaki sauce and not those little tiny cups reserved for hotmustard at Chinese restaurants. I mean I needed like 4 or 5 those tiny little sample cups and wasn't able to completely covermy rice.... bigger sides of teriyaki make people who enjoy teriyaki come back. 3) as a customer I want more options forfixings instead of just steamed veggies, especially for me like an option for green onions is standard at most teriyakispots.... I did enjoy the steamed vegetables (I requested on the side) but I would have been content with scallions on top andpaying extra for mixed veggies (if I wanted them). Sorry for the long message but the food isn't bad here it's just not servedcorrectly and no amount of marketing will help if customers like me don't care to come back on a normal basis. Hope this Read more
My wife and I got addicted to The Madness when we lived in Vegas, and honestly it's been hard to find a good alternative since... we moved back to So Cal. Once this location showed up in Lake Forest we were ecstatic, yet skeptical. Safe to say after eatinghere a ton of times it is just an good, if not better than the locations in Vegas! In addition to the tasty, healthy food, thefriendly owner and his wife are always here working hard and making sure the food comes out perfect. Whether you need a quickmeal or are just craving some orange chicken or chicken teriyaki, look no further! Read more
Manager Asaad was an amazing individual. The food was outstanding. 10 times better than Waba Grill. Large bowl is enough for 3... people. Read more
