I ordered a black ice coffee, which is usually poured on the spot or for a very minimal wait. But today I had to wait almost 10... minutes. Why? Because the baristas here decided to make my order along with online orders for iced coffee. Probably to savethemselves time but in the end waste mine. Terrible practice. Serve us as we come! Located in a busy strip mall and market center. This store is a frequent rest stop for bicyclists - weekends especially.... Friendly servers. Restroom needs more checks for cleaning. If you sit outside beware of drivers sitting in their nearby carswhile talking on the phone and engines running. If more than two or three minutes elapse, you will be coughing and notice acatch in your throat and even some dizziness from the carbon monoxide fumes. Outside trash cans end up full very quickly withthe outside seating popular. I chalk that up to Managers oversight. Overall SB's has gotten back it's groove since founderHoward Schultz resumed his role as ceo. Employees now seem more concerned about customers rather than tip amounts. Read more

An OKAY spot to get coffee. Late coffee with family, ordered a frapp s?mores and OMG the sweeeettteeesssttttt drink ever. Way... tooooo much sugar in it. First and last time ordering this coffee. I liked the atmosphere and coziness of this particular Starbucks. But, I stayed with my friends for about 45min. and we were... told three times that the Starbucks is closing soon. One from an employee about 45. min before closing time and twice 20 min.before closing time by two different employees. I can't get rid of the feeling that this was a nice gesture to ask us to leave.Although, I don't know why, we behaved in a perfect decent way and stayed not more than 45min. Hmm... Read more
