Seems like a mom and pop type of noodle restaurant that specializes in fish broth. The service was slow considering they only... had 1 student looking server. The food came out in random order. I don?t recommend the chicken kaarage, the chicken tasted alittle off and I was nervous it wasn?t fully cooked. The noodle soups and fried rice was pretty decent. It was good to trysomething new but we probably won?t be coming back. Read more

This restaurant is pretty clever and unique for a Chinese restaurant! Their menu has a bit of everything but I especially like... their beef tongue and (numbing) spicy intestines ???? Thses dishes are very good to pair up with rice. They also have ricenoodle ramen and bento box meals with a Japanese twist. I ordered the uni rice soup and bf has a make-your-own rice ramen. Thatuni soup was an unique experience for me so I ordered the intestine dish to go. Tbh I would go back for their spicey dishes nexttime again. Read more

Uni fried rice was unique. I have never had any fried rice like it before. The fish rice noodle soup was rich, thick, and had... depth. It almost tasted like beef bone or chicken bone soup, but much healthier. I'm coming back here again to try some otherstuff, too. I also took home the salivating chicken, which was spicy and delicious. The server was terrific! He worked alone, but he was attentive enough and generous. Read more

That hit the spot for a delicious and flavorful noodle soup. Sheung Shui focuses on making the best fish soup they can, and it... you can taste the care and attention towards the broth and ingredients. I ordered their main item, the House Special Fish Soupwith Fish Filet and Rice Noodle. There are an assortment of toppings included in the soup such as fish cake, cabbage, mushrooms, clams, and green onions. The broth is rich and flavorful, which satisfies that rich soup craving that one might get for ramen. The rice noodles are very soft and have good flavor as well, soaking up the broth. The fish filet were mild in flavor and wassoft enough to melt in your mouth. All of the toppings were also excellent and well done. I would love to come back and trysome other dishes, including the seafood chowder rice soup, which is served with all the toppings portioned separately in abeautiful display. This restaurant is great for a quick bite in the area, and also does take out as well. I always think thatnoodle soups are best eaten fresh, so I am glad that such a delicious option is now in this area. Also, their online menu isnot as clear as their paper menu. The paper menu is much more helpful in deciding what kind of soup you would like. Read more

TL; DR: great food and environment. Definite stop by if you want to taste authentic Chinese rice noodle. The fish soup was... on-point. Maybe a little blend for some people, but just a hint of salt is all that?s needed to enhance the flavor. Beef brisketwas great with the tomato soup. If you are a fan of tomato based hot-pot, definitely try it out. Beef tongue tasted like how itshould, and the fried calamari was pretty flavorful. Read more
