I ordered the marinated steak sandwich with a side of potato salad and an iced Vietnamese coffee. This was the best steak... sandwich I've ever had. The meat was very flavorful, tender, and juicy. It dripped all over my hands and I had to fight the urgeto lick it off. The caramelized onions and bell peppers perfectly complement the sandwich. The potato salad while plain, wascreamy and soothing to the mouth. The Vietnamese coffee was perfectly sweetened to offset the natural bitterness. My lunchpartner's avocado toast was filling, they did not skimp on the avocado as most do. I'll definitely be back to sample theirweekend pastries and other offerings! Sidenote, Rose Cafe is doing "small business" right. Their website is easy to read andnavigate, and they offer online ordering and a downloadable PDF of the menu. Other local businesses - take note! Had breakfast here and had a hard time deciding what to order because their menu is extensive! That is a good thing and I will... most likely come back again to try something new. We ordered the Florentine Scrambled Platter and the Classic BreakfastBurrito. The burrito is huge and would be good enough to share. Both items are delicious and satisfying.
