First time as dine in. Ramen review only. No one at the restaurant at 3pm, and ordered a tonkotsu ramen. -1.5 stars for a 16... hour broth, it was a really light soup base. Almost like taking leftover soup to-go and adding extra water to get another mealout of it. They forgot two of the toppings, green onion and kikurage mushrooms, but happily applied it when I mentioned it.Apparently the chef is new right now. This place deserves a 5 star rating. The service is great and the ramen is even greater. I order the spicy miso tonkutsu and my... partner or the traditional tonkatsu. The broth is slow cooked for 16 hours and the pork is super tender and flavorful. On top ofthat, the price is not bad! We will definitely be back. Read more
Ordered spicy miso tonkotsu ramen online and picked it up. It was ready for pick up as soon as I arrived and packaged... perfectly. The two team members greeted me and were super nice, I wasn?t even in the restaurant more than a minute from startto finish! The broth was spicy level 3 and was awesome.
