Went to order, waited 15 minutes and still didn't receive our sandwhiches. Someone else came in to pick up the order and ask the... associated where it was, the employee said they were backed up with other orders and they don't even have enough bread to makeall the sandwiches. Walked in for dinner and was told they were out of turkey. I was willing to be flexible and substitute ham or roast beef on a... sandwich typically made with turkey. I was informed it would be extra cost. How can you charge extra when it is the store?sfault and a majority of sandwiches have turkey? I am not one to write reviews, but I had to share our experience. Never in my life have I had a sandwich so disappointing as I... did today. There was so little on it, you would think it was just bread. I ordered a ham and cheese and added avocado spread toit. There was a total of 3 slices of meat, 2 slices of cheese, a little bit of lettuce and tomato and I had to hunt for theavocado spread. There was no flavor to the sandwich other than the taste of bread. I have had far better sandwiches from lessexpensive chains. I really miss Togo?s right now. Read more
A great sandwich and the typical quality you would expect at any Jimmy Johns. The customer service, is horrible at this... location! Get your sandwich and get out... I love Jimmy Johns!!! Fresh delicious sandwiches! Better than Subway! I don?t recommend getting anything with roast beef... though; not because it?s bad, but the beef really overpowers the sandwich, and you miss out on all of the other flavors from thefresh ingredients. They deliver and you can order on their app! Read more
I?ve been going to this location since they closed the one off Bake and Trabuco. I usually don?t like to post negative comments,... but after my last interaction with this location I felt it necessary to warn others. Mistakes can be made in an order, we?re allhuman, but this location has managed to screw it up roughly 50% of the time for me. That alone wouldn?t warrant a post likethis, but after watching the staff accost a patron yesterday while trying to order I?ve had enough. I love Jimmy Johns and willcontinue to buy, just never again from this location. I?d advise you think twice about doing so as well. Read more
