This dunkin donuts is just such a waste of your money! i bought a ice coffee today for almost 6 dollars and i would of rather... drank mud with ice in it! was just disgusting! who ever is the drink maker here needs to go because it was really bad! and ifyou wanted to call them their phone is disconnected? what kind of business has a disconnected phone? dont go here drive a littlemore ways and go to starbucks! they should call it dumping donuts! This Dunkin location is amazing!! Their weekday morning crew is so friendly when taking drive-thru orders, and the food/drinks... always come out really fast. Side note: their fall seasonal Apple Crisp refresher with green tea was the most amazing drink ofall time, I hope they make it a regular refresher flavor. Read more
Pay it forward ! 5:30 AM October 16, 2021 I?m in line and order a half a dozen donuts, I get to the window and I?m advised that... the car in front of me paid for my order, the sales associate at Dunkin Donuts at this location advised me that the person infront of him paid for his order,. Unfortunately there was nobody behind me to pay it forward so I left a very generous tip. Evenif you don?t know anybody or the person behind you regardless of a common citizen or a military person, I find this verybeautiful practice to pay it forward to the next person. Fast service and always make my coffee the way i ask. Edit: Today the barista offered to make both of my pups a puppachino at... the pick up window! Absolutely so sweet of her. They enjoyed them immensely! She then gave me a compliment that made my day.Still 5/5, thanks dunkin ;) Read more

As a frequent customer of Dunkin' from east to the west coast, I have generally never really had issues at any of their... locations. However, this specific Dunkin' location has managed to screw up consistently over the many times I come here everyweek to couple weeks, not only with my own but also other people's orders as well, friends and strangers alike. Although thereare some capable staff members here, I'd say it wouldn't be enough to justify the lack of attention paid to customer orders, asthere were many times I had to let mistakes such as a missing donut to incorrectly made drink several times, however, it hasfinally come to the resort of writing a review due to how badly they can mess up your order (such as whip cream instead of foamfor foam coldbrew and not enough cream cheese on an untoasted bagel requested toasted, clear efforts of laziness, etc.) moreoften than you'd expect... Although myself and others have wasted so much money here on terrible service, unfortunately Lagunadoes not have many Dunkin' locations around, therefore I keep having to resort to this place, and I heavily caution any of thoselooking to come to this location in the future. Great pit stop. Drive thru was quick and easy- no line. GF wanted a coffee before we went camping got a huge large iced coffee... that wasn?t too bad. I got the hibiscus iced tea- it was great. And of course the pups got their pup-chino ???? They got iteverywhere. ??????????? Read more
