Not too impressed. It?s just another Fast food restaurant, nothing above and beyond! The cashier lady was nice and welcoming!... The food was ok, not the worst, not best. It was ok. Had good flavor, presentation could have been a bit better lol. I didthink that the prices are kinda expensive for what we are getting. my guacamole burger was $12.49 for the combo. Add $1 forlarge. I've loved Carl's for as long as I remember. But more recently, it's been hit or miss on the burgers. Most of the time, I get my... meal not hot and fresh tasting. I've even had employees tell me to have my order made fresh to order. My burger is never coldbut more like warm never hot! Read more

Went in to use a two for one coupon. We used to go five or six times a month. Carl's has pretty much priced us out along with... rhe other fast food stores. Their burgers are bigger than most and very tasty. My problem with them is that I purchased theburgers with one of their gift cards and they would not cash out the remaining $1.22. Both counter workers said they could notdo it. They had the manager come out and she said she could not give me the change back in cash. She just shook her head andbacked away from the counter and refused to speak. Folks, California state law says a gift card that originally cost more than$10.00 must be cashed out to the customer if the value goes below $10.00 and the customer requests cash back. Home Depot'sself-service registers dispense the balance below that amount atomatically. Carl Karcher would be ashamed. Read more
1. Out of chicken biscuits (main reason for going here). 2. Pattie on Western Bacon Cheeseburger was way too small. Same size... as a regular cheeseburger. 3. Western Bacon Cheeseburger was very dry. Seemed like it probably sat out for a while before itwas given to me. It tasted like a dry, flavorless, bread sandwich. Read more
