We enjoy Arby?s for their roast beef and the $7 two sandwich deal. Although we prefer our beef and cheddar with a regular... bun. We are glad we have an Arby?s within reasonable driving range and make sure to visit as so many fast food restaurants areso cut and paste burger ???? joints anymore. I have been to this location many times. Today was my worst experience. We ordered in the drive through, and the employee... repeated back our order correctly. When we got to the window to pay, the employee started asking questions about one of theitems that we ordered. It turns out, ?the system? messed us up, our order was not in the correct sequence. Someone else?s gotput in front. So we had to start repeating AGAIN what we ordered before the staff figured it out. We also parked before leavingjust to make sure it was alright because we didn?t have confidence anymore. We did end up getting the correct food, and ittasted as expected, but it was an unnecessarily long and confusing experience. I had not been to Arby's in some time someone had recently gave me a gift card. I began to realize how much I really missed it.... Over the years they've stayed true to the original recipes their sauces it was just like a blast from the past. Incredibly nice Arby's, staff was friendly and provided quick service. Interior was clean and more akin to a restaurant than a... fastfood place! A little out of the way, but near a great comic book shop, Comic Quest so a good trip overall! Read more
